First of three workshops for Faith Based Proprietors of Government Assisted Schools was held in Freetown on Wednesday 13th September 2023. It was well attended.
Faith Based Institutions play a vital role in the Educational system in Sierra Leone and it is of great importance that Administrators and Teachers of Faith Based Institution familiarised with the 2023 Education Act.
The participants included the School Proprietors of CCSL member Churches, Catholic Mission,and Muslim organizations (the Ahmadiyyah Mission, SLMB) among others.
The workshop was also briefed by representatives of the Teaching Service Commission.
